I would respectively disagree with your definition (or idea) of a Soul. I could not help but notice that your post does not mention the existence, or role of, God. It seems you believe that the soul - my soul - existed before I was conceived, that it always existed. And, that when my physical being dies, my soul will continue on, not to an eternal place of love, but to a "place" where it just waits for another physical being to be conceived. Is this your way of saying you're an atheist?

No, Scott. I am far from being an atheist. The soul is made up of the energy that is God. Unconditional love energy. I refer you to the articles I wrote about how Einstein did not go for far enough in defining E = MC2. It isn't just energy and matter that are fundamental equivalents. Energy, matter, consciousness and (unconditional) love are also fundamental equivalents. The soul doesn't just "wait" to be born in a physical body. We have free will and we choose to be born, we choose our parents, and we choose lessons and a purpose for each physical life we live. We often don't choose wisely, but we do choose.
